This program is designed to give you the guidance you need to achieve your best physique ever. It includes, diet, cardio and workouts for the entire 12 week period of time. To get started you will need to fill out some questioneers that will address your goals and your needs and also furnish some dated pictures of where you currently at in your development. Every week you will send me new pictures and an email update with your current stats so that I can make adjustments to keep your body moving towards your goals therefore you will not hit those dreaded plateus.
