SHIPPING INFORMATION

FAST Shipping! Your order is carefully packaged by the owner or a member of the staff. Occasionally the owner is making appearances and relies on extra staff to make sure the products leave promptly.

The order is then processed within 24 hours and, in most cases, shipped within 3 BUSINESS days for in stock merchandise.

Allow for a 7-10 days for Domestic orders in the United States although you will find that in most cases it will be much faster.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to your door.

All products are shipped from our Indiana location.

US orders will ship for a $6.25 flat rate fee regardless of the size of your order. Specials may come up from time to time and are subject to change.

International orders are welcome as well. However for International orders there is no guaranteed shipping time. We will still process your order within 1-3 business days however due to customs in an out of the US and other countries...you can expect delays.

RETURNS:

At FISICO MODA we take pride in our reputation for quality and excellence as well as the dependability of our apparel.

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund, exchange or store credit.

It will be credited in the same fashion as the order was placed.

Product must be returned in new condition; unworn, unwashed, tags still attached and must be returned with original invoice or receipt. This also must be shipment postmarked within 14 days of purchase.

Original shipping and handling fees from the initial purchase will not be refunded and the return shipping is the responsibility of the client.

If an exchange is made there will be no further shipping costs associated with the order.

If product is not returned within the specified time period then a 20% restocking charge will apply.

All clearance merchandise sales are a FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be issued on these items.
